These new high back seats come with all the hardware you need to install them and couldn't be easier to install with all the underbody mounting plates once you have the old seats removed. The seats use the existing second row seatbelt configuration, so there is no need to adapt the belts, unless you are upgrading a Puma Defender, in which case new stems and center belt will be needed. The headrests are easily removable and all 3 seats are supplied with headrests.
